 Application Process

 

  • $50 Per applicant to pay for credit check. Application fee is non-refundable.

  • 1 Month security deposit to remove the apartment from open market.

  • Get all the required information and communicate with landlord for more than seven (7) days, the security deposit shall be nonrefundable and shall be considered earned by the Landlord.

  • A copy of the following is needed for each applicant:

    • Photo ID

    • Application

    • If employed Proof of income in a form of Pay Stubs or Letter of Employment

​

  • A copy of the following is needed for  guarantor:

  • Photo ID

  • Application

  • Proof of income in a form of Pay Stubs or Letter of Employment

​

For Self employed individuals, A letter from CPA and First Page & Signature Page of Tax Return.
